This historic home was built in 1891 by Nelson Chigley, a Chickasaw Indian and founder of Davis Oklahoma. The Chigley is a beautiful two story home that sits on a five acre estate near downtown Davis and was the very first home built in Davis Oklahoma.

The house has been lovingly remodeled and most of the history has been kept intact. It has 6 themed bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms and sleeps up to 19 people. It has a updated modern kitchen, a large dining room with table that seats 10. There are three living areas to relax, watch TV or visit. Both TV's are on cable.

Outside enjoy 2 large decks and a charming veranda on the 2nd story for relaxing and sipping your morning coffee. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained, great for outdoor games, including horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball. It also has several picnic tables, and a large BBQ grill for your outdoor cookouts.

This house is a perfect rental for family reunions, girl getaways, business meetings or for a fantastic family vacation. There is a maximum of 19 guests on the property unless you are reserving for a special event, such as a wedding.
