Rates & Rental Policies
Rates for Secret Cove Cabin are $175* per night for two(2) people until June, plus sales tax of 6.5% and any applicable fees.
Rates from June 1st are $200 per night for two (2) people, plus sales tax of 6.5% and any applicable fees.
Each additional person is $10 per night. A maximum of five(5) people can stay on the property.
There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the property. Pets are also NOT allowed unless prior arrangements are made.
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to one(1) year in advance.
Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.
Owner/management is not liable or responsible for damages/losses to any guest's property or person.
Deposit equal to one night stay will be charged to your credit card the day you make reservation.
Misuse of any spa will result in a $50 charge for draining, cleaning and refilling. Any damage to spas could result in repair charges. Normal use will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled prior to 14 days will forfeit a $50 deposit, if you do not re-book for another date.
Reservations canceled 14 days or less from arrival date will forfeit one night's rent.
"No-shows" who do not cancel will be charged the full nights reserved.
